Database Deployment Maintenance- Tutor Portal & CRM Down from 2022-05-13 09:00 PM EDT to 2022-05-14 01:30 PM EDT

We wrapped up our release early. As of Saturday 5/14/22 @ 1:40 pm eastern, all systems are confirmed back up and running. Please reach out to us at portal_help@studypoint.com if you have any questions or concerns.

We will begin scheduled maintenance to the tutor portal and internal database system at 9 pm eastern on Friday May 13th. Plan for both systems to remain down Saturday 5/14 and possibly Sunday 5/15. We will be working to have everything back up and running as soon as possible. If you have a tutor session during this time, you can access the whiteboard system at https://whiteboard.prepnow.com. If you have additional questions or are unsure how to login from there, please see our outage documentation. The student portal will be untouched during this time.
